Return Policy effective 2003

We prefer that you preview the products first free! and make sure your order is firm.

 

NOTE: VideoMedia does not credit returns for video purchases or rentals once a order has been shipped and

confirmed with the customer. The only time the cost is waived is due to shipping delay.

 

-Rentals are sent back to the address they came from and the cost can apply towards purchase.

 

Books may be returned if in unused condition within 15 days

We will credit all but 25% restocking fee and shipping cost.
