Preview
and Return Policy effective 2003
- -Preview VHS tapes are sent free to you for 30 day
evaluation and to be returned to:
- VideoMedia at 9611 42nd Ave SW Seattle, WA 98136
- Please return them within 30 days via your shipper
or regular mail.

- We prefer that you preview the products first and
make sure your order is firm.
- You should order the tapes from the company you preview
from and prices are usually the same.
- The preview is the entire program
and has graphics on screen that say Illegal For Training.

- NOTE: VideoMedia does not credit returns for
video purchases or rentals once a order has been billed/shipped
and
- confirmed with the customer. The only time the cost
is waived is due to shipping delay for rental use.

- -Rentals are sent back to the address they came from
and the cost can apply towards purchase.

- Books may be returned if in unused condition within
10 days. We will credit all but 25% restocking fee and shipping
cost.
